Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between @ Health & Gifts and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives the full amount owed by the customer. Up until this point all goods remain the property of @ Health & Gifts.

Return and Refund Policy

On discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must inform @ Health & Gifts within one working day of receiving it.  We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

If the product has been damaged due to incorrect use or incorrect “care taking”, no refund will be made.

Liability

@ Health & Gifts is not liable for damage to any product caused by incorrect use or incorrect “care taking” of the product. Before use, read the instructions on the “HOW TO CARE FOR YOU HIMALAYAN SALT LAMP/SALT BLOCK/SALT CROCKERY” that will be included in your order.

The customer must, at its own expense, maintain the product as from the moment the purchase has been made.

  • @Health & Gifts, we reserve the right to change this website, including prices, and terms and conditions, without notice.
  • @Health & Gifts, will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, allergies or illness or loss of death claiming that our product has been the cause for such mentioned or any such related incidents.

Demand for refund:

To return an unwanted product it must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged. The purchaser needs to return the product at their own cost. If the Customer wishes to return a product for a refund a handling fee of 5% applies. No delivery fee charges on all orders are part of any refunds. The Customer is responsible for the delivery cost when returning product/s.

JEWERELLY

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

All Jewerly purchases made from this website is subject to @Health & Gifts standard sale terms, which are:

  • Strictly no refunds on all Jewerly. @Health & Gifts do however offer exchanges, at own cost.
  • All exchanges need to be arranged within 1 (one) day after receiving your order.
  • Kindly note that you will be responsible for all courier fees when exchanging any item for different sizes or styles.
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
    • All items must be in their original packaging.
    • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
    • Original receipts/receipt mail/order numbers would have to be included.
    • However, if you send back jewerly for exchange or are seen as a faulty product that has gone on one too many adventures and/or you’ve owned it for more than 7 (seven) days, and the jewerly product is not suffering from a manufacturing fault, we regretfully won’t be able to replace them.
  • On discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must inform @ Health & Gifts within 1 (one) working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

We will have to charge you to return the product to you / exchanging any item for different sizes or styles.

  • @Health & Gifts charges R230 per exchange -R115 courier cost for arranging the collection of your original item/s from you and R115 to dispatch the exchanged item/s back to you.
  • If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges.
  • @Health & Gifts, we reserve the right to change this website, including prices, and terms and conditions, without notice.
